The Real Estate Book is a monthly publication that Binab|Strasser have been advertising in since the day they teamed up. Feature Sheets

Binab|Strasser has their communications director assemble a Feature Sheet the minute that the photos are received back from the photographer. This feature sheet is visually stunning and captures the highlights of our client's homes. It includes an MLS data sheet, floor plans, a Davenport map pin pointing our listing's location, a copy of the Title and the Property Disclosure Statement (PDS). The Title and PDS are two elements that are NECESSARY for another Realtor when it comes to writing an offer and we have found that providing a copy for them while they are showing our listings helps them in writing an offer without having to wait for a faxed copy of these items. The thought behind this is that we want other Realtors to act quickly when their clients show interest in writing an offer as quite often they would continue to show other listings while waiting to receive those two documents. The more time they have the higher the potential for them to find another home better suited or they could forget what they enjoyed about our listing after having seen numerous others. Our feature sheets are gorgeous yet effective and second to none, which is how we treat every one of our clients.

RBC Royal Bank PLASMA SCREEN Partnership

BINAB|STRASSER has partnered up with RBC Royal Bank at the corner of MacKenzie and Shelbourne to have a one minute Ad spot that profiles all of our Current Listings place on an oversized Plasma Screen. The one minute Ad cycles every half hour and provide a multimedia presentation of our Listings in an engaging format that is in full view of everyone passing through the branch. RBC Royal Bank is expanding the Plasma Screen campaign to all four of their branches in Victoria before end of year, and BINAB|STRASSER Listings will be profiled in each branch. The pilot project was placed at MacKenzie/Shelbourne because it is the busiest branch in B.C. We have already seen the positive benefits of this Ad campaign with some recent sales initiated by buyers being introduced to a property while waiting in line to do their banking.
